A problem with the sprinkler system at the Holiday Inn Express on Bernville Road has caused three false alarm calls for Greenfields, Mount Pleasant and West Reading Fire Companies over the past two days.

All three calls resulted in no signs of fire or waterflow.

The staff and management at the hotel were advised to have the alarm and sprinkler systems repaired to stop the false calls.
