The driver of a pick-up truck travelling on Grange Road near Ziegler Road lost control at a sharp curve and struck a tree.

One person was reported injured as a result.

Firefighters from Greenfields and Leesport Fire Companies responded and assisted Schuylkill Valley EMS personnel with patient care and packaging. Mount Pleasant Fire Company was dispatched and later recalled

Fire Police closed Grange Road for about an hour until the scene was cleared.
